Shalini manages global finance operations at UKG from Noida, India, where she leads a team of finance professionals who believe in delivering best-in-class service. In her role, Shalini is responsible for all finance functions, including Purchase to Pay, Travel and Expense, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Tax and Treasury, Payroll, and Financial Planning and Analysis. She is passionate about developing processes which are fit for purpose. Her belief is that people are the best enabler for reaching the highest levels, and technology comes only second. She is ably supported at the home front by her husband, who is also a finance professional and has two teenage children.
Tiffany leads the Employee Adaptive Learning team at UKG. Her passion is to create innovative solutions to fit the needs of UKG’s employees and the growing needs of the business. She is the co-creator of such programs and initiatives as our award-winning Rising Stars training program, the Flex Team that supports our progressive workforce, and our internal Gigs@UKG initiative supporting business agility and talent mobility. She is excited about being a part of a growing learning culture at UKG. Tiffany was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and is a proud wife and mother of two young adults. She loves to spend time with her family and looks forward to family cruises. On the weekends, you can find her binging Netflix and listening to soca music.
Kenza joined UKG HR Service Delivery (previously known as PeopleDoc) in 2018 as Director of Services for Western Europe. Before that, she was in charge of developing the HR Services business line at ADP, which aimed to bring more value to customers through a full human capital management (HCM) suite. She saw firsthand the huge potential of digitalization for the HR function and decided to continue her career here at UKG. In her role, Kenza is responsible for Customer Launch, Customer Engagement, and Post-Go-Live Services. Thanks to their deep knowledge of both HR user challenges and business constraints, Kenza and her teams develop strong relationships with customers to help them succeed in optimizing their HR operations. Born and raised in Morocco, Kenza now lives in Paris, where she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also an avid traveler and always finds time to make sure her huge shoe collection is ever expanding.
A single mom of two teenagers, Christa is a research-driven strategist helping organizations and individuals understand and use the latest technologies to support workforce contribution and connection. Prior to joining the company explicitly to work with a group of phenomenal women, Christa led workforce technology and services research for a number of leading industry analyst firms. Today, she is responsible for artificial intelligence (AI) vision, strategy, and product management for the UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) enterprise solution, leading work in explainable AI models, algorithm-fairness methods, and applying AI to address human bias and make a positive impact on equity in the workplace.
