Women are well represented in upper management and Executive positions. Salaries here are low in comparison to regional averages. Paid time off is excellent and the benefits are really good too. You will be hard pressed to beat 21 days vacation per year, 1/2 sick leave each pay day along with most national holidays paid/off - no waiting period.

I've worked here for 8 years and I feel well-supported by the women and men with whom I work.

Paid time off is very generous although there is no official maternity leave policy outside of FMLA.
