There are very few women at the Vice President level and above. There is definitely a glass ceiling here. Women who are looking to advance are given the most difficult assignments.
In general, it is a constant battle to be noticed, respected, and taken seriously. Management is comprised of white men, for the majority. Company is divided into many different groups/departments, acquired companies, etc.--experience may differ between these groups.
Great place to work in terms of experience, but definitely skewed towards men in Senior Leadership roles
