"They say all the right things, but the billable expectations can make it hard to work here with kids.
That being said, I think my coworkers are great and competent. I love all the work processes they've created and that they do a lot of internal promotion. "

"10up requires 34 hrs of billables a week and 6 hrs of overhead (if you are a PM).
This is really difficult to meet every week. I wish that resourcing would match billable expectations. Sometimes there are weeks with more hours needed and some weeks are slow. "

"Many of the engineers are incredibly sexist white men and will do things like interrupt you when you are speaking or just outright pretend like you didn't speak at all. Trying to report this to management will only serve to backlash and they will do everything to force you out of your job"
