"Management lie, upper management couldnt care less about the lower people, cutting required workers and making people pick up the slack of 4+ people and wondering why they are getting sick and working double the amount of hours they should be (no extra pay and no thankyou)
Expecting crazy hours at work due to massive area coverage.
Zero work life balance.
If you have been there a year or more you can move areas which means you could get a good feel for the company
Would suit someone without kids that likes to travel around
Pays quite well compared to some other jobs (depending on role)
Has some good added benefits (payable)"

"They are focused on diversity and hiring more women. As a black women sometimes I feel there are so many eyes on me because I'm one of the few black women in finance, that I feel pressure to be perfect and better than everyone. I know my company is trying to hire and puts a lot of emphasis on diversity and inclusion. This is a great company to work for and I like my manager and boss. It could also be just me."

"Strong, outgoing women can have a place in this organization and female leadership at the Director-Executive level is on the rise. I only wish the organization offered more than the standard 6-8 weeks of maternity leave. The job demands and travel, etc. keep many of us away from the home for many hours a day or overnight so it would be nice if there were more programs in place to promote work-life balance for employees with young families."
