"You unfortunately you need to blend in with the male crowd. There are two few women except an entry-level positions. If it all possible, try to seek out a woman in a higher level position to be your mentor. "

"Lot of workload and pressure. They provide good benefits but at the same time need to work hard for long hours. No work life balance"

"Women generally won't find many problems specific to their gender here, especially in the Strategy & Consulting wing. There is good representation, even in upper management levels. However, everybody is expected to work long hours/ as long as it takes to satisfy the client and the team culture VERY WIDELY varies according to the team."
