"Be careful about seeming too strong. Only boldness from women with indisputable records of revenue generation are tolerated. So if you are in the marketing department, for example, only confidence from men (and even bullying!) is tolerated. "

"Adobe boasts that they support women in leadership and grow them. Yes, it happens in some teams and God forbid if you are with a manager who likes you. Women of color is hard to thrive in my team. Either you have to be quiet or leave the job. You will not be given a chance to speak in meeting whatsoever. Wish I knew all this before. After continuously proving myself and even after that I have not been promoted or given the role I have been wanting for couple of years now. While I went to vacation, my manager hired someone. Although, I am pretty pissed. I am waiting for the right time to jump the ship. "

"Great culture! I personally interacted with several women in leadership, and felt supported throughout my time there. However, I did notice that that as you went up the food chain the number of women in high leadership positions decreased."
