"ADP is all about providing the best experience for our clients and our associates. ADP is proactive and treats everyone fairly. In this time of crisis ADP has been a great source of support for associates and their families. Gender does not play a role in promotions at ADP. It is all about having the right skill set in the right job to deliver the best experience to our clients."
