My experience has been that managers and teams are very willing to support how you define your boundaries and aspirations. There is a lot of support for a woman to speak up and take a leadership role if that is what she wants.

There is flexibility with your schedule for jobs that I have had within ADP. I wish there was comp time given when working longer than normal hours in a salaried position.

This is the longest tenure I have ever had in my career because I have had a number of amazing opportunities, gotten to work with incredibly smart people, been allowed to have a voice in strategic decisions and have had fun along the way. I love this company and want to be part of what makes us successful for years to come.

Flexibility in work hours ties to the level and type of role you have - folks that have to support clients on the phones naturally have less flexibility than those who are field base and manage their schedules around client needs. On the whole, I do believe the managers work with the associates to ensure flex time, work from home and time off are available when they are needed.

The C-suite at ADP has a very intentional approach to promoting diversity and ensuring our leadership reflects the overall population at our organization. Continue that focus and drive to ensuring we promote more women into senior leadership and I will gladly continue to drive value for our clients and associates everyday!

It truly is a great place to work. I don't feel pressure to sit around and pretend that I'm working until the clock strikes 5:00. I've heard other employers are all about putting in the time (even if you are done with our work) -- not ADP.

I've worked in two different departments at ADP, and both of my managers had the "as long as you get your work done" they'll be flexible with you if you need time off.

Because of my ability to flex my hours, I've never used any of my PTO for doctor's visits or sick time in the 4 years I've been here. All of my PTO is used for vacationing!

It is like any other work place because it involves people. However the culture is such that you feel it is a good and different environment. If you like change it is for you.

My department is moving away form telecommuting. When I had the flexibility to telecommute because I live a distance...I was able to get more done and extend my work day, there was less stress and I was happier in my work.
