This is the longest tenure I have ever had in my career because I have had a number of amazing opportunities, gotten to work with incredibly smart people, been allowed to have a voice in strategic decisions and have had fun along the way.     Flexibility in work hours ties to the level and type of role you have - folks that have to support clients on the phones naturally have less flexibility than those who are field base and manage their schedules around client needs. On the whole, I do believe the managers work with the associates to ensure flex time, work from home and time off are available when they are needed.

It truly is a great place to work. I don't feel pressure to sit around and pretend that I'm working until the clock strikes 5:00. I've heard other employers are all about putting in the time (even if you are done with our work) -- not ADP.

    I've worked in two different departments at ADP, and both of my managers had the "as long as you get your work done" they'll be flexible with you if you need time off.

    My department is moving away form telecommuting. When I had the flexibility to telecommute because I live a distance...I was able to get more done and extend my work day, there was less stress and I was happier in my work.
