The culture here is strongly pro-women and finding leadership but there are still sexist men and an "old boy" network.

There is mostly equality, but men still tend to give women "admin" tasks to do, regardless of roles.

They used to have a work from home policy, we don't anymore. I've been grandfathered in. We get good sick leave in some states, but none in others.

It's a great place to work, yet be very flexible and very excited. Treat others as you want to be treated at all times. Always wear the internal/external client's shoes before responding.

I believe it should be stronger on policy driven and not manager discretion. Not all managers feel the same and take this option personally. While I've had grand support, I've notices other co-workers not so fortunate.

When I returned from my maternity leave, they allowed me to job share with another co-worker also just returning from maternity leave. Kept same job & pay, just prorated for 3 days a week.
