It truly is a great place to work. I don't feel pressure to sit around and pretend that I'm working until the clock strikes 5:00. I've heard other employers are all about putting in the time (even if you are done with our work) -- not ADP.

I've worked in two different departments at ADP, and both of my managers had the "as long as you get your work done" they'll be flexible with you if you need time off.

Because of my ability to flex my hours, I've never used any of my PTO for doctor's visits or sick time in the 4 years I've been here. All of my PTO is used for vacationing!

It is like any other work place because it involves people. However the culture is such that you feel it is a good and different environment. If you like change it is for you.

My department is moving away form telecommuting. When I had the flexibility to telecommute because I live a distance...I was able to get more done and extend my work day, there was less stress and I was happier in my work.

This depends on your position. Some positions allow the room to be very flexible and others not so much.

I believe this employer truly values women. I feel empowered on a day-to-day basis and am surrounded by women in leadership roles. My chain of command (from me to Carlos, our CEO) consists of 2 men and 3 women! That is impressive and extremely motivating!

The hours are pretty standard (8am - 5pm) and while I know many people who work from home, it is largely discouraged at the location I work at. (As I have only worked at this location, I am unsure of the policies at other locations)

ADP truly values diversity. I am treated no differently to my male colleagues and my male bosses have no issue with me balancing my working hours around my childcare commitments.

In some areas of the business it is great. Everyone in my team works flexibly, but unfortunately it’s challenging in other parts of the business.
