"ADP is a great place to work. Among some of the things I consider as top benefits for women are: competitive wages, flexible schedules, employee group dedicated to women (also groups for LGBTQIA+, associates of color, diverse cultures, etc.) full-paid maternity leave, fertility benefits, and a new adoption benefit (beginning in 2021). As a woman, I have never felt less than the male employees on my team - we all work together toward our common goal. I love it at ADP. Concerning the global pandemic (COVID-19): they have been absolutely phenomenal and had every associate working from home within less than a week of things closing. In March, shortly after our offices closed, before the government had taken action, they gave all associates a bonus to help us with the tough times. They supported me in my illness and gave me the flexibility I needed to work toward recovery. ADP has been fully transparent and openly communicates with us about what they are doing. I can tell that our health and safety is number one for them. I have been amazed at what they have done during this very strange time."
