"ADP is an employer who values diversity and women. They offer a Business Resource Group that is dedicated to women, they have distinct mentoring programs for women and understand work life balance, especially as it pertains to children and family life. Women leaders aren't rare - they are woven in the fabric of ADP's value system."

"The female leaders in this company are willing to help anyone below them rise up among the ranks. They are true advocates of women leadership, and are beyond inclusive at every level. Mentorship and educational resources are always available; and the male leaders of this organization are extremely supportive and grateful for their female partners. The flexibility for working parents, mothers or fathers, is also a huge benefit."
