"ADP’s culture is a good one. If you are looking for a challenge this is a great place to start. The industry is extremely fast-paced and demanding so the days are long but the years are fast. My advice, which can be applied to any company, is don’t let yourself become institutionalized. When you feel like you’re working really hard and are really busy but you are no longer growing, it’s time to start looking for something new. "

"The HCM industry is extremely demanding by nature. There are plenty of client-facing roles that are extremely inflexible. However when things get ugly for someone personally I feel our culture is to support our people and do what we can to provide the flexibility they need to get through the tough times. Albeit this really varies by manager and department. "

"My manager is extremely supportive of my personal/family needs. However when I bring up things such as feeling stagnant and bored he gets frustrated and short. His approach is more focused on keeping us busy/productive within “the box” on his team because it makes his life is easier. "
