"It's Amazing to work at ADP. here we respect each other, we have our values and our strategies. Woman can reconcile their professional and personal lives because working hours are flexible and there is the possibility to telecommute. For leadership positions there is no discrimination between men and women for the occupation of this position. for example here in Tunisia most of our managers are women "

"ADP is prioritizing Diversity and Inclusion. The Business Resource Group, International Women's Inclusion Network, exists in most large offices, and if not - there are global networking opportunities you can take advantage of. ADP offers Paid Family Leave, flexible hours, and some business units allow for unlimited sick leave to accommodate sick kiddos, or sickness resulting from having kiddos in care. It's truly a phenomenal company to work for - and I'm so happy to be here."
