"ADP is making a huge effort to improve the experience and create parity between men and women. Changes in leadership, including a very visible diversity officer, are paying off. While there were issues in the past, I now view ADP as a leader in this area and it makes me proud to be at ADP."

"They used to allow more remote, but have recently decided no new hire with be home shored and EER that are currently in office can only do 1 day per week remote. If there is a holiday or you have other time off, then that week no remote. None of the EE see this as a good thing"
