The sky is the limit. Cliché I know but here you are not constrained to a specific role. Growth and advancement is strongly encouraged.

The client service department is the worst for flexibility since we are required to be her specific hours to meet the client demand. Most other departments are very flexible.

ADP has a great record of bringing women into leadership roles and it's not difficult to find dozens of female role models at this company. The organization is very hierarchical, but the women here are consistently approachable, accessible, and willing to help you succeed.

Flexibility depends on your role and management, but in my experience, most people just care about the work getting done. Some employees still promote the idea that more time at your desk is best, but most management focuses on output.

I’ve met the most inspiring women in my time with ADP! They have been my peers, my managers, my mentors, and many of them have become my true friends! ADP values and celebrates women in everything they do.

ADP is a great place for women! There are tons of benefits catered to working mothers depending on your location. The representation of women in leadership here is very equal to our male counterparts (at least from a glance).

Maybe. In certain areas there is high female empowerment, however the quickest advancement is always exhibited by male employees.
