I’ve met the most inspiring women in my time with ADP! They have been my peers, my managers, my mentors, and many of them have become my true friends! ADP values and celebrates women in everything they do.

ADP is a great place for women! There are tons of benefits catered to working mothers depending on your location. The representation of women in leadership here is very equal to our male counterparts (at least from a glance).

I feel like I'm part of a very close-knit team. I have a boss that supports me and makes sure I am working on projects that challenge me. Her boss also connects with me on a regular basis to ask me the same things and make sure that I feel like my work is valued and that I make this a better place to work.

There are many women in leadership ranks from middle management up through our Executive Committee. There has been great focus on continuing to promote diversity at all levels.

I was not expected to work during maternity leave. Any time I checked in was because I wanted to, not because it was expected. I had the flexibility to use vacation time to compensate beyond by disability if I chose, and the company recently introduced some additional paid family leave benefits.

From my experience with ADP it is a great company women. I see many woman in management positions and other woman empowering fellow women colleagues. I also feel that the company culture as well as management (both male and female) are great with accommodating women with children/family and creating a work-life balance (i.e. daycare nearby, flexibility in schedule, etc.)

While I can't say things are absolutely 100% equal as far as how men & women are treated, I do feel that they do the best job of employers I've worked for. And they do value diversity as a company. Policies/benefits are family friendly and they are flexible with work hours during the day for the most part (at least my group).

I think ADP is a great place to work and women really do have an opportunity to thrive. Additionally, we are fortunate that there are various departments and working functions to be explored to find the best fit while maintaining connectivity to such an awesome organization.
