"ADP as a whole is great for women and minorities. They do have flexible hours but their PTO for maternity leave is only 6 weeks. They do however offer paternity leave of 2 weeks that women can take in addition to the 6 weeks. "

"My boss lets me leave early to pick my kids up and then I just log back on after they go to bed and work. This helps me be able to enjoy more time with my kids but still get word done."
