"Look elsewhere. If you are not in management; you are treated awful. Overworked with extremely poor compensation for employees that are not management. The work schedule is brutal and do not expect to spend any time with your family at the holidays because unless you are management it is a black out period where you are not allowed to take time off. Be prepared to fear for your job on a daily basis, because every time you turn around jobs are being outsourced for cheaper labor. Also, it is a "revolving door" so don't get too comfortable in knowing who you work with. "

"ADP and the leadership I have worked for (both male and female) have great respect for working mothers and families. I go the extra mile every day because I don't feel on the hook to respond to every email that comes through in the evening or weekends (which is rare by the way....Leadership that I interact with is very conscious to not send work through during non-working hours!)"

"They do try to advance women and they support women in leadership initiatives. My department was heavily female, so I never really experienced gender bias in the job itself. Not sure about pay practices."
