That I am encouraged and empowered to do my own role by two strong female leaders. My male peers treat me with respect and as their equal. I feel I have the same opportunities as my male colleagues.

I wrote a business case to update our mother's room(nursing room) and to enhance an unused space to be a second room. I'm not a manager or anything and they took what I had to say and they are going to make it changes. That's the kind of company I work for.

It really depends on your role and your manager for this one. My role itself is very flexible since I'm not client facing. However that isn't necessarily the case with all roles. That's why I went with neutral.

I've taken maternity leave 3 times. For the first pregnancy I stayed home for almost 12 weeks but the last 3 weeks were vacation time. This pregnancy I did the same thing. That's how I was paid for the entire time.

I have been treated with grace since day one. I am allowed to be me and sometime that means being confident, persuasive, encouraging, loud, quiet and happy... I do not need to explain my emotions and not judged based on my family needs or the fact that I am a woman. My work speaks for itself, and I love it!!!! #hellowork #workhappy

Make sure to look for women that have empathy and have families if you are looking for those that understand life demands in addition to work demands.

Maybe. Yes, but watching the division between women (those that want to work with others, those that are more entitled) can be just as bad with the traditional glass ceiling.
