ADP is a great place to work! I am 100% home shored which gives me phenomenal flexibility to attend my daughters school events, and adjust my schedule based on her pick up and drop off times.

ADP is my first employer since entering the workforce 3 years ago. I can truly say that it is a great organization and leadership genuinely cares about their employees' wellbeing and success. There are opportunities within to grow your career, advance your education, and collaborate with others at every level.

ADP is a company that values diversity and provides an environment where, if you work hard, you can succeed, regardless of your gender or race. It's truly an amazing place to work where you feel valued and challenged by the work that you do - and the company culture is one of the best I've experienced!

There's a great balance between Men and Women. There are a lot of women to be seen in senior/ management roles. Perhaps even more so than Men. However, the Occupational Maternity scheme apparently isn't anything to get excited about...

In my experience; Time off that need's to be taken is almost always authorized- time can be made up else where or emergency annual leave can be taken.

Just like an other employer, make sure you get to know who will be your boss and try to engage the level of flex time that person will have. Maternity leave process is complicated but worth it!

Flexibility depends on your role and leader.

  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

    27.5 paid / 6 unpaid

Paternal leave is now 2 paid weeks that can be used at the end, during the leave (when you drop to 60%) or during the first 6 months of the baby's life. It used to only be one week, so this is a nice update to the leave policy! The maternity leave was very complicated. Between the short term leave vendor, leaves department, State, and our HR dept/payroll, different information was provided. It was very complex and frustrating. Thankfully, I had internal contacts that helped me navigate and it all worked out.

Maybe. I love ADP and the values, mission, and beliefs. Our CEO is an amazing person. I do believe my boss is the reason I love ADP. her management, leadership, mindset, personality, energy and being a mother herself allows her to be compassionate, understanding and flexible.

I have flexibility and autonomy -- and a great boss! He trusts me to achieve my business goals and is supportive and available when I need him, but he does not micro-manage or second guess me.
