"This is an amazingly supportive, growing organization that values people from different backgrounds and women and men alike. We have great flexible time off and parental leave. We are also a great organization for women in leadership and working mothers. Love ADP!"

"From my experience with ADP it is a great company women. I see many woman in management positions and other woman empowering fellow women colleagues. I also feel that the company culture as well as management (both male and female) are great with accommodating women with children/family and creating a work-life balance (i.e. daycare nearby, flexibility in schedule, etc.) "
