"As long as you do your homework and know what the policies are and hold HR to that standard you may find a good balance. Longevity is not appreciated so a go-getter is needed to survive in this company. If you like your job and dont want to change in two years that is counted against you. "

"Flexibility at ADP is determined by you rmanager / supervisor, so it varies by department. My current group is extremely flexible, however, my previous group was not. "

"Maternity leave at ADP is not as good as other companies I've worked for. The employee must do all the work filing for state benefits and other insurance benefits. Other companies do all of this for you and just continue to pay your regular salary. Plus, included paid time off includes vacation time. They also denied my doctor's request to extend leave by 2 weeks because of a C-section. "
