"I've experienced good balance that allows me to be with my two small children, to be available to them as needed and to work remotely as needed. My manager is very very flexible. The only negative thing I've experienced is the mess that is maternity leave. The leave administration here is pretty clueless - I had to figure it all out for myself. "

"I've experienced a great level of flexibility, but I don't feel like it's offered equally to all employees. It seems to happen depending on who the manager is. It should be fair to everyone. "

"After the twelve weeks of state leave, I took the two offered by the company. The experience overall was pretty confusing and I wish I'd known I could have used some of my accrued vacation to extend my leave. But overall, I got to be home quite a long time, so I can't complain! "
