"I believe this employer truly values women. I feel empowered on a day-to-day basis and am surrounded by women in leadership roles. My chain of command (from me to Carlos, our CEO) consists of 2 men and 3 women! That is impressive and extremely motivating! "

"The hours are pretty standard (8am - 5pm) and while I know many people who work from home, it is largely discouraged at the location I work at. (As I have only worked at this location, I am unsure of the policies at other locations) "

"It truly is a great place to work. I don't feel pressure to sit around and pretend that I'm working until the clock strikes 5:00. I've heard other employers are all about putting in the time (even if you are done with our work) -- not ADP. "
