"I have been at ADP ten years and it has been great overall. The maternity and parental leave policies definitely could be more generous like some other large companies, but the work culture and atmosphere are very family friendly. There is great flexibility and an awareness that people have a life outside of work with other responsibilities and interests (not always family-related). "

"I have flexibility and autonomy -- and a great boss! He trusts me to achieve my business goals and is supportive and available when I need him, but he does not micro-manage or second guess me. "

"Just like an other employer, make sure you get to know who will be your boss and try to engage the level of flex time that person will have.
Maternity leave process is complicated but worth it!"

27.5 Weeks Paid | 6 Weeks Unpaid
"Paternal leave is now 2 paid weeks that can be used at the end, during the leave (when you drop to 60%) or during the first 6 months of the baby's life. It used to only be one week, so this is a nice update to the leave policy!
The maternity leave was very complicated. Between the short term leave vendor, leaves department, State, and our HR dept/payroll, different information was provided. It was very complex and frustrating. Thankfully, I had internal contacts that helped me navigate and it all worked out. "

"ADP is my first employer since entering the workforce 3 years ago. I can truly say that it is a great organization and leadership genuinely cares about their employees' wellbeing and success.
