"I have been treated with grace since day one. I am allowed to be me and sometime that means being confident, persuasive, encouraging, loud, quiet and happy... I do not need to explain my emotions and not judged based on my family needs or the fact that I am a woman. My work speaks for itself, and I love it!!!! #hellowork #workhappy"
