"We have a number of women in influential and leadership positions in sales, marketing, service and production areas. I work in a few cross-functional teams comprised equally of both men and women, with improvements made where I saw the most significant gaps when I joined 5 years ago. Most importantly, education and training options are provided for those that wish to reach beyond the comfort zone and move into the technical arena. "

"ADP is flexible. Most departments that are not customer-service related allow employees to flex their hours. As long as the hours are within reason. For example, they can be 8-5, 8:10-5:10, 7:30-4:30. If the employee works his/her 8 hours a day, that's all that matters."
