"I think ADP is a great place to work and women really do have an opportunity to thrive. Additionally, we are fortunate that there are various departments and working functions to be explored to find the best fit while maintaining connectivity to such an awesome organization. "

"While I can't say things are absolutely 100% equal as far as how men & women are treated, I do feel that they do the best job of employers I've worked for. And they do value diversity as a company. Policies/benefits are family friendly and they are flexible with work hours during the day for the most part (at least my group)."

"I was not expected to work during maternity leave. Any time I checked in was because I wanted to, not because it was expected. I had the flexibility to use vacation time to compensate beyond by disability if I chose, and the company recently introduced some additional paid family leave benefits."
