"I feel like I'm part of a very close-knit team. I have a boss that supports me and makes sure I am working on projects that challenge me. Her boss also connects with me on a regular basis to ask me the same things and make sure that I feel like my work is valued and that I make this a better place to work."

"ADP has a great record of bringing women into leadership roles and it's not difficult to find dozens of female role models at this company. The organization is very hierarchical, but the women here are consistently approachable, accessible, and willing to help you succeed."
