"This is the longest tenure I have ever had in my career because I have had a number of amazing opportunities, gotten to work with incredibly smart people, been allowed to have a voice in strategic decisions and have had fun along the way. I love this company and want to be part of what makes us successful for years to come."

"Flexibility in work hours ties to the level and type of role you have - folks that have to support clients on the phones naturally have less flexibility than those who are field base and manage their schedules around client needs. On the whole, I do believe the managers work with the associates to ensure flex time, work from home and time off are available when they are needed."
