"There is flexibility with your schedule for jobs that I have had within ADP. I wish there was comp time given when working longer than normal hours in a salaried position."

"My experience has been that managers and teams are very willing to support how you define your boundaries and aspirations. There is a lot of support for a woman to speak up and take a leadership role if that is what she wants."
