"There is a commitment to being a 21st century company and getting things right. There are people working to influence policy changes to make it a more inclusive place for women and non-minority colleagues. More needs to be done to bring in Black and Latino leadership. "

"It's a great company that really cares about equality, but they seem to think promoting women to middle-management is a job done. Most of the women I've worked with are tremendously talented, and many of them are working under barely-above-average men. "

"Indeed publishes salary bands by role and location, so you can see what others are making and what you can expect to make in your role over time. However, advancement is not easy and depends highly on your manager and their ability to influence. "

"RUN. Do not accept the offer. It's a boy's club and you'll just be another pawn in it. Very little diversity and representation at the leadership level. Many cases of sexual harassment and discrimination that are silenced by HR. Very little respect for women while exercising a ton of protection to protect men who sexually harass women at work. "
