"The company has thoughtfully put in place policies (such as the 6 month maternity leave benefit, flex-time) that will help retain women (and men, by the way!) they've hired. However, it's hard to move up in the organization without sponsorship so its important for women to find executives who can help them succeed."

"While it truly varies depending on your team / location, most teams at the NYC HQ work from home on Fridays and most managers respect when their directs need to flex hours to accommodate life events / doctor's appointments / etc."

"The company has shifted to a younger work force, it has become an 'up or out' organization with limited opportunities to opt to stay in a role of any extended period of time."

"Overall not a bad employer. Parental leave is excellent at 20-28 weeks depending on delivery. Pay is slightly below average for a financial company"
