"They just started a 20 week paid parental leave on top of FMLA (6-8 weeks for women). They also have fertility benefits and a Healthy babies program. "

"Work/life balance greatly depends on what department you work in and who you report to. While it's greatly encourages at high-levels to adopt a flexible work schedule, it completely depends on your direct manager if you can participate without any guilt."
