"American Express is a wonderful company for women. Although top leadership tends to be primarily men, there are women across the company is leadership positions. It is also very supportive of women (and men!) in terms of a newly expanded parental leave program as well as on site back up daycare."

"Parental Leave policies are top-notch. In addition, the Company is very flexible about virtual days, understanding about child-care, and has great employee offers."
