"We have a very relaxed culture which allows me to feel more like myself compared to other office environments I've worked in. We also have a relatively flat hierarchy which really levels the playing field for everyone. From day one, I've been given a lot of ownership over the projects I work on. If you need guidance it is easy to find, but my manager is pretty hands off which is really what I prefer! I have had an amazing relationship with all the managers I have had so far. They all ask for feedback and find ways to unblock me if ever needed. It is pretty common to see our CEO walking around and he always asks what I'm working on or already knows. The company environment still feels small even though we are growing rapidly. "

"I think flexibility is very dependent on the position. I am mainly working as a software engineer but when I worked on hardware and sensor testing I had to go to test sites, more demos, and go into the office more often to test out our integrations. Now that I have switched projects to a more platform facing role, I can work from wherever I want as long as I get my work done! "

"Anduril supports the whole person, while at work or at home. The company's benefits and policies, especially around Flexible Time Off, are ideal for women that want to balance work with their home life."

"I've never felt so supported as a woman in a tech job. Working in the aerospace field usually means being the only woman on my team, but Anduril has gone above and beyond to not only diversity their work force, but also maintain a supportive and inclusive environment. It's been a joy to work here so far!"

"Anduril is an AMAZING place to work! I feel super supported as a career woman, a wife and a mother. The benefits, access to leadership, company mission and products are unmatched. It's been so exciting to see the monumental growth of the company in such a short time and even more exciting to see that while we continue to grow we haven't sacrificed our company culture or values! "
