"There are a lot of women application engineers but i have not seen many female software developers. The team i am currently in has only female interns but no female developers, and i am the only one (It's a team of 16 developers). In other teams as well i hardly see 1 or 2 female developers, so surely there is an under representation. But the organization is working towards bridging the gap in diversity. I wish they had more perks for employees, and less frugal in terms of compensation. The company is not much of a fun workplace. In terms of career growth, it is pretty slow."

"Managers care only about their bonus and stock benefits. My department does not seem to care about employee wellbeing even during the coronavirus. My manager has not addressed the coronavirus situation we are in or the fact we are working remotely. It's business as usual with no time for small talk. The new senior management team in our department seem to care about making contributions to the bottom line and not considering employee morale. Women in the department outside of the management team are typically ignored."

"It's a tech company so there's more flexibility than a "traditional" company. However, they discourage regularly working from home and make you jump through hoops to work any hours other than their listed hours (start time 8 or 8:30)."
