That could be viewed as a negative but Ansys is really focused on increasing its female population because people and leadership really do appreciate different approaches and perspectives. "There are a lot of women application engineers but i have not seen many female software developers. The team i am currently in has only female interns but no female developers, and i am the only one (It's a team of 16 developers). In other teams as well i hardly see 1 or 2 female developers, so surely there is an under representation. But the organization is working towards bridging the gap in diversity. I wish they had more perks for employees, and less frugal in terms of compensation. The company is not much of a fun workplace. In terms of career growth, it is pretty slow."
