      "The main draw of this company is the profit sharing, which is portioned out as a percentage of your pay. In my time here, it's ranged from about 20-30%, and that's pretty fantastic. I think this company is comparatively very good to office workers without degrees. Many of the employees here LOVE this company because the benefits and pay are far above what they have made at similar jobs in the past. I don't think this company offers particularly good opportunities or pay for women with degrees, or looking to move ranks."
