"AT&T promotes people with confidence over people with competence. If you are an expert at what you are doing, you can still see people who have done the right networking get promoted before you, with an emphasis on business "bros"."

"The turn over rate is so high because they are short staffed and make people work horrible hours, and go to pointless mandatory meetings at 7am when they don't work until 10am. Not understanding when it comes to family emergencies, sicknesses, deaths in family, weather conditions, doctors appointments, nothing. Having no work life balance is the only way to get through this job."
