"shift workers could allowed to work from home. example an IT engineer required to work in shift to serve client at different time zone, they should be allowed to work from home especially for married women. IT engineer jobs mostly base on ticketing system. Each engineer work base on incident tickets or request tickets which is assigned to them. In that case shift workers could pick up the ticket and work accordingly virtually. Mostly shift workers (IT engineers) not allowed to work from home. Shift workers are all not call centre in-charge. Firewall engineers and network engineers do work in shift. female engineers who work in shift need psychological and physical well-being attention. "

"Be prepared for the old fashioned ‘Old Boys Network’ - it’s alive and well. But there are pci,ets of fairness, the CFO for example personally seems to be without bias. Sexual harassment and workplace intimidation complaints may not be taken seriously or acted upon - it’s very inconsistent. Even when widespread. Although there are ones that are."
