"Candor is critical. The leadership is really trying to become leaders worth following, so is constantly open to feedback and creativity in how the workforce can be open, inclusive, and diverse. Coming from the energy industry, this is something I have not been able to find at many other companies!"

"I would give it a 5, but Baker Hughes is a global business so many times flexibility is also limited with time zone constraints. I like having the global interactions, but this may not work for everyone so wanted to be transparent!"
