"Speak up and don't assume your good work will speak for itself. You could be knocking it out of the park with your performance and deliverables, but unless you track and report that good work, it will likely go unnoticed, or worse unappreciated and uncompensated. If you're working more and producing more, ask for more!"

"Boeing supports diversity. Be prepared to work quite a few hours if you work closely with production. The leadership focus is cost reduction and competitiveness. Headcount is very thin on purpose. If you take pride in your work and want to make progress on projects, you can feel overwhelmed. Very bureaucratic."
