"Boeing is a typical brick and mortar large company. Things can move painfully slowly. Suggest reading current events about Boeing and then decide if this is the best career option for you. "

"Boeing provides benefits per law and social pressures. As far as promoting women, there does not seem to be any internal drive to do so other than for compliance reasons, or because other companies are publically doing so and they must respond. Boeing recently made a commitment to diversity...but that's it. They made a commitment, no plan. "

"I was paid 80% for STD and then was allowed to add my 12 weeks FMLA after that time. I was able to use sick and/or vacation to pay for my FMLA time. Now however, Boeing has added significant maternity and paternity leave benefits that are much richer than in the past. "
