"Amazing place to work as a woman! The best work life balance I had in my career so far. Very inclusive work environment and supportive culture! They value you as an individual and give you the opportunities to grow. It is very rare to find a big scale company like this with these values and flexibilities, would definitely recommend to other women! "

"Yes, this is am amazing environment to work in as a woman, the culture is amazing with flexible working and great benefits. The morals and ethics are held to such a high standard that if there are any issues (which there aren't) I would be comfortable enough to speak up. "

"It is great place were to work, right culture, carrier success depends a lot on your proactivity and possibility to be mobile"
"The culture is very friendly and welcoming of women in all stages of life. One thing that really impressed me was the workshops on having a baby in the Netherlands. Being new to the country that is so helpful. Not only is Booking.com setting up women well with career opportunities, as well as women-focused groups and conferences, but in our personal lives as well! "
"Booking is a great space to grow and collect amazing resources (skills, knowledge, networking, flexibility)for your professional journey. The culture of support with women, parents, people with different abilities, backgrounds, is quite impressive and goes beyond the slogan. It is consistently talked of, and cared for. I have worked in at least 2 other global companies, and the diversity and inclusion section was merely a slogan. I have never felt limited on my growth, I know moms in the work that appreciate the flexibility and empathy with their unique cases, so all in all I would 100% recommend it to anyone that is willing to do hard work, bring great ideas and be regarded as an equal in this partnership"
"Great place to work! Inclusive and highly collaborative environment. Very diverse; as a culture you feel a strong desire to succeed together on the connected trip journey. Highly recommend Booking.com as a company to work for"
"It's a great place to work. There is a good balance between working hours and private life! Women are supported. There is great inclusion culture here!"
"The Amsterdam HQ has a strong multicultural environment, with career growth opportunities, great benefits and a focus on work-life balance."
"Good PTO package, early leave during summer Fridays, hybrid model that allows you to work from home and/or office (no obligation at all to go to the office) , no emails after working hours "

"It is the best work/life balance I have ever had. I came from another Tech company which said they care about work/life balance but in reality you needed to do many hours, which didn't support working mums. At Booking, I feel you can pick your hours, where you best need to work from and also have a workload that supports your life. I also feel women are empowered and supported on the leadership level, it is a very flat organisation"
"It's a great place to work, everyone is very considerate and it's a modern company meaning there is a lot of flexibility in any possible way."
"Flexible working culture, equal rights between men and women, work life balance"
"Great work-life balance, amazing people, interesting professional challenges. I love the flat structure and the open culture."
"It's a great flexible environment for women (also with children)."
"Booking.com is a great place to work for women. There are so many female leaders to learn from and opportunities for mentorship too. The company is also very flexible and understanding, and I am now a woman in tech - something I never thought I'd say, but I love it!"

"Already shared in the previous question - some of the departments are male-dominated which can make it a challenging work environment at times. Overall the company culture is welcoming, accepting, of all people though and I believe that it's a safe and inclusive space."

"They have great parental leave and facilities for women working at Booking.com.(nursing room) They have several initiatives support future women in tech like scholarships and fundings for girls to code. They also sponsor big tech events as WebSummit with women in tech lounge with mentoring sessions for women to talk to other women leading in the industry, very inspiring. "

"After working for 2 years for the company, I was "dismissed" just 1 month before becoming a mom. I didn't even know that was legal in my country, but it apparently is. It was surprising and shocking. And shameful, for such a big company. No one should have to pass by such a difficult situation in such a delicate moment of life."

"There is opportunity for leadership but depends on the Region. CEO is a woman"

"Be careful. It can be a great place but if you aren't able to constantly fight for your own rights you will get swallowed up. Only 20% of the Tech department are women but they make up 80% of the people who go on burn-out leave."
