"In my various conversations with leadership, there is a lot of excitement around finding quality female talent. I have yet to uncover any discriminatory language or practices across the team. We are inclusive, and trying to do an even better job in reaching out to other networks to attract more women to our company. I'm excited at the prospect of how much more we can grow with the very smart, vocal and talented women we have on the team thus far. "
