"The CEO does not treat his team with respect - both men & women, most visible is a woman, creating a negative culture. There is marked disparity in compensation between men & women. The management culture is to squeeze as much as possible out of everyone for as little comp as possible. However, that creates great opportunities to learn because you will wear many hats."
