"Most of the jobs are customer facing, and most of those customers are manufacturing companies. Because of the nature of the manufacturing industry, 90% of the customer employees you work with are male. There is hella sexism from the customers, but our company won't put up with it. I've had no problems within our company, and as soon as I had issues with a customer, my boss held a meeting with their manager and then moved me to a different project when it was evident they had no intention of rectifying the situation."
