"Looking at our co-worker hierarchy, our CEO is a woman followed by 7 other inspiring women. My manager is a woman. My closest friend here is a woman that I am proud to have watched be promoted twice in 4 years. I am treated as equal by all my peers, no matter gender, race, age etc. I have been enabled to grow in my career, speak up and balance my life as I see fit to thrive personally and professionally. There is no greater place to work than CDW. "

"There are some strong female leaders at the top of the organization; though the mid-level leadership is sparse on women. The company recognizes this and has been working to promote and higher more women, there is still a ways to go."
