"We have amazing benefits. CDW paid for IVF and I have 3 beautiful children today because of it. Also, I have a lot of flexibility and there is great culture here. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel included. "

"The working environment is flexible. There were remote options and help for childcare even before the pandemic. People are generally very understanding that the quality of work produced is more important than working exactly from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM every day. "
