"CDW has been extremely flexible with my hours and work/life balance as a working mom.
I'm also impressed by the continuous movement of women into senior leadership roles. Like anywhere, there might be areas where we can improve, but I have confidence that women are an equal and key part of CDW and I expect we will only continue the momentum."
